Professional elevator maintenance pays off: It significantly extends the achievable service life of your elevator. It ensures that your elevator always works reliably. And it saves costs, as minor elevator defects and impending breakdowns are detected in good time, which would otherwise lead to consequential damage and high repair costs for your elevator system.
Unfortunately, not all maintenance is the same. You know this and may have already experienced it yourself: In practice, the wheat is quickly separated from the chaff. The differences in quality are enormous. As are the costs. However, the one does not have to correlate with the other.
Our service technicians know their trade and have a trained eye. They take enough time to check all the important points. From the suspension ropes to the oil level to the brakes. From the regular cleaning of your elevator shaft to the lubrication of the door drive. So that your elevator always runs smoothly.

Your time is precious and limited. The elevator is just one of many issues. We know this, which is why we provide you with a personal contact person. You can turn to them with any questions you may have. They will take care of everything to do with your elevator.
Our maintenance contracts: Less is more
There are countless complicated and obscure maintenance types in the elevator industry: Full maintenance, half maintenance, simple maintenance, partial maintenance, lubrication maintenance, mini maintenance, complete maintenance, the list goes on and on.
We think so: Why make it so complicated when it can be so simple? At HERZ Aufzüge, you can choose between two maintenance contracts: The Basic Maintenance and the Comfort-Maintenance.

# Basic Maintenance
It includes regular inspection and basic maintenance of your elevator. We check and lubricate all relevant elevator parts. If we discover any defects or faults, we document them for you in a compact report and also tell you how we can rectify these defects quickly and in the long term by repairing or modernizing the elevator.
This is not included in the scope of the maintenance contract, but our service technicians will of course be happy to take care of it too: To rectify diagnosed faults – after brief consultation with you – directly on site, to repair your elevator professionally and to obtain suitable spare parts.
The price for your basic maintenance contract? It’s very reasonable. Many of our customers are surprised at how inexpensive and at the same time how well we work. In addition to the scope of services and the journeys made by our elevator technicians, it depends above all on the year of construction, the equipment and the condition of your elevator system.

# Comfort Maintenance
Our all-round carefree package
It includes all the services of the basic elevator maintenance contract. And some additional inclusive services.
- We take care of all contractually agreed repairs to your elevator – either during our regular business hours or with a 24-hour emergency service.
- We rectify malfunctions in your elevator system quickly and reliably – either during our regular business hours or with a 24-hour emergency service.
- We support you with the regular and mandatory main inspection of your elevator system. We provide the test weights or cover the costs of any necessary test equipment. In addition, one of our elevator fitters will be on site during the inspection.
- Electronic elevator components are not included. The reason for this is simply the price of such an elevator component. For example, we would have to take the price of a main circuit board into account when calculating your maintenance price. This would result in such a high price that hardly anyone would be prepared to pay.
And the price for your comfort maintenance contract with the extra service? It’s absolutely affordable. In addition to the scope of services and the journeys made by our elevator technicians, it depends above all on the year of construction, the equipment and the condition of your elevator system.
